Making A Purchase

All prices quoted by letsgodigital.co.uk are in Sterling and include VAT @ 20 %.

We are entitled to make adjustments to prices to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices or the imposition of any taxes or duties. Prices may be subject to change if the price published for the goods is wrong. In all cases we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

All prices, except for purchases of plasma televisions, include next day delivery to a mainland UK address. Please note that deliveries to offshore Islands and the north of Scotland may take up to 2 working days. Plasma televisions are subject to a specialist 2 man delivery which may take up to 7 days due to the specific challenges involved in transporting plasma TV sets.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time.

If the item you order is not in stock, you will be contacted immediately and offered an alternative.

We do not charge your credit/debit card until we are in a position to ship the goods and we have contacted you to confirm your requirements.

All goods will remain the property of letsgodigital.co.uk until paid for in full.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. If you prefer we are happy to take telephone orders





All our products are supplied with a minimum 1 Year Manufacturers warranty.

All manufacturers guarantees exclude faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. In addition, routine maintenance ( cleaning of dirty audio/video heads etc ), consumables ( plug fuses, cables, batteries etc ) and tuning of channels is not covered.

If the goods are faulty you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. You will be entitled to a full refund of the costs of the goods. Alternatively contact us and we will exchange the item. If a fault is reported to us outside of 14 days we will advise where the goods should be sent for repair. In addition we are one of the few Internet Companies to offer the following:

If you decide you do not require the goods, they may be returned within 14 days of receiving them providing they are returned in their original packaging and in a perfect condition. If the item is returned damaged we reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with our costs of processing the sale.

Let's GO Digital will not be responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty.

Please note that if an item includes a software CD-ROM in a sealed package, due to Licensing agreements it must be returned unopened.

If an item returned for repair is found to have no fault a charge will usually be levied by the repair company for the labour involved. This charge will be passed on to the customer before the item is returned.



All our published prices include delivery to a mainland UK address. Assuming that the product ordered is in stock, items ordered before 14:00 hrs Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day. Goods ordered on a Friday before 14:00 hrs will be delivered the following Monday excluding Bank Holidays. Goods ordered on Saturday/Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday unless the Monday is a Bank Holiday in which case the delivery will be on Wednesday.

Orders from Jersey and Guernsey will be supplied VAT Free but must be placed by telephone on 08454 890 590.

Please note that deliveries to the north of Scotland can take up to 2 working days.

Please note that we cannot guarantee next day delivery and will not be held responsible for any costs incurred because of non-delivery caused by factors beyond our control.

Any shortages or damages must be notified verbally within 2 days of delivery and confirmed in writing within 7 days.

Non delivery must be notified within 5 days of the expected delivery date.

Please note that we will only deliver to the cardholders registered address or place of work. We will not deliver to alternative domestic addresses.


Our courier company is not insured to enter your house/premises and will therefore require your assistance in handling any item in excess of 30 kgs. This includes some Home Cinema systems, LCD and Plasma Televisions.



We try very hard to provide high quality customer service but at the end of the day we are only human and we do make mistakes (we promise though that if we do, we will do our best to put them right).
